"Karen and I fell in love with the apartment and Segovia. The apartment was located over a bar and on a relatively quiet street just off the main square. The apartment had plenty of room with terrace window in the living room and the bedroom. Bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious and kitchen well stocked with a central window in the kitchen which provided great ventilation. "Spacious apartment located in ideal position to see the old town. Stayed on 5th floor, lift goes to 4th floor then flight of stairs to apartment and roof terrace. Living area had a raised platform with two steps to reach sofa and coffee table, so this apartment would be unsuitable for someone with mobility issues. "A wonderful place to stay in Segovia! The rooms are comfortable, the environment is quiet, and all attractions are within walking distance. However, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the internet was very slow one night and completely out the next. Unfortunately, we had no way to contact reception to resolve the issue."

"The hotel was immaculately clean. The lobby had a room area with comfortable lounging couches and chairs. The lemon water and fun little marshmallow candies were a nice touch. Our rooms were relatively simple and comfortable and warm. Good showers and the room service for cleaning was the best I have ever had in a hotel experience."
