"Our first hour at the apartment was spent in the hallway. Owner would not answer to give instructions on getting in. Thank heaven's for the building manager and a tenant. They were amazing. All 3 beds were the most uncomfortable ever. (2 of them were killers) Left a day early for a hotel bed."

"Stayed in Cergy for 4 nights with family. The apartment was decent but the foul smell in stairs made coming in and leaving the apartment absolutely miserable. It smells like there are dead animals rotting specially close to second floor. Stairs and hallways are unsanitary. Having no lift makes it difficult with luggages.
