"Our stay was great for 1 night to fly out from Zurich airport, hotel was nice & airport shuttle was A1. I've a problem though with the hotel tax of 3.50 CHF/p. I paid your staff Dilan the 7 CHF in cash upon checkin (May 2), she didn't give me a receipt, thinking that's OK. Came home & found out I was charged Cdn $12+ on my cred card. I assume it's the hotel tax as nothing was damaged, messaged hotel yesterday but no reply. Please respond. Thank you!"

"A little hard to find but in a great location just a couple minutes from the airport. Very comfortable and clean. Parking is below the hotel for a daily charge."
