Located on the fourth floor, it features two queen-sized beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a private balcony. You'll enjoy all the essentials for a relaxing stay, including high-speed internet, a washer, and more.

- Living Room: Relax in our bright and airy living room, where you can unwind on comfortable seating while enjoying your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV. Large windows invite plenty of natural light into the room, and you’ll love stepping out onto the private balcony to savor your morning coffee or evening drinks.

- Kitchen and Dining Area: The open-plan kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home. You’ll find state-of-the-art appliances like a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Gather around the stylish dining table that comfortably seats four people for shared meals during your stay.

Guest Access:
Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. Please, make sure you check the “Check-in” section and watch the video we made for you!

Just a short 5-minute walk away, you'll find the iconic Rockhal, Luxembourg's premier music venue, where concerts by world-class artists frequently take place. For art and history enthusiasts, the Metropolis – LUCA School of Arts and the Red Bridge are within easy walking distance, offering stunning architecture and a glimpse into the region’s industrial past.

The closest international airport is Luxembourg Airport (LUX), located approximately 25 kilometers northeast of Esch-sur-Alzette, which is about a 30-minute drive depending on traffic.

Public transportation in Luxembourg is completely free, providing an easy and cost-effective way to explore the city and its surroundings. Just a short walk from your accommodation, you’ll find a bus stop on Av. du Rock'n'Roll with regular services to various parts of Esch-sur-Alzette and beyond. Additionally, Esch-sur-Alzette’s train station is within close proximity, offering convenient connections to other major cities in Luxembourg as well as neighboring countries. Whether by bus or train, getting around has never been easier!

Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.
Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller.

1. Guest Verification: To ensure a smooth check-in, all guests must verify their details and upload ID via our guest portal. Without this, check-in
instructions cannot be provided. Guests must be at least 18 years old to book.

2. Respect & Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise low, especially after 10 PM. No parties, loud music, or illegal activities.


3. Registered Guests Only: For comfort and security, only guests listed in the reservation may stay.


4. No Smoking: To keep the space fresh for everyone, smoking is not allowed. A €300 fee applies if this rule is broken.


5. Residential Use Only: The space is for private stays—no business activities, please.


6. Check-In & Check-Out: Please follow the designated times. Late check-out incurs a €50 per-hour fee.


7. Furniture & Cleanliness: Kindly avoid moving furniture or setting up tents. Any damages or stains may result in a €300 fee.


8. Liability & Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning. We are not liable for third-party service issues.


9. Departure: Before leaving, turn off heating, return keys to the lockbox, and tidy up the kitchen to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.


10. Compliance: These guidelines help keep the space welcoming for all. Non-compliance may result in cancellation without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the lockbox to obtain the keys. Access code to the lockbox to retrieve your keys will be sent 3 hours before your arrival time.
