"My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. "I would give this hotel more stars if available. The staff are really nice, the hotel is clean and comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring Ibiza town. Will definitely be coming back. "

"The place was absolutely amazing. Food was good, view was good, and staff were friendly. One thing I must say though, if you’re picking a room with a sea view, be prepared for a very lousy night. The hotel has a DJ and people like to get drunk… Also the A.C was not very cold. It took hours for the room to get to a comfortable temperature to have a good sleep. Other than that, no further comments. "
