"We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. Our host Andrew was super friendly and available for any questions throughout our stay."

"Everything about the stay was exactly as described. To be honest, the photo's don't do the apartment justice. Great sea views and looks straight over the pool. Location great for a short stroll into town. Great layout, very clean on arrival and Xisca responded to any questions we had before we went. We were even allowed a late check out as no one was arriving the day we left. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to return in the future."

"Be aware of the additional cleaning fee charged on arrival. The information is provided in the listing, hidden in the description where it is irrelevant - you really have to read every line of the ad. There is a small TV but no Netflix. Property manager communicates in German and minimal English. He was hard to get in contact with, but he did provide check-in information at the last minute."

"Great location, giving diff options for evenings out, short walk to the marina, then onto Cala d’or centre or over to Cala egos. Beach mile away. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, well equipped apartment. Great door locks so no stressing about keys. Pleasant communication with property manager. Thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful apartment."

"We stayed just 4 nights and it was clean and nice place to be. I think even nicer then on showed pictures. Only thing we didnt like is fact that aircon doesnt reach badroom and window was very small so there was really hot at night"

"but there were issues. 1) the lock needs to be repaired, it was difficult to open the door every time; 2) it is not in Cala Millor - this was important for GPS; 3) owner initially tried to take us to a 1 bedroom when we booked a 2 bedroom, it was resolved; 4) paid double for cleaning fee as I paid owner in cash."

"Nice grounds and pools but the self catering apartments needed an upgrade. First room we were given air conditioning smelt of mould and balcony had a massive overgrown tree blocking any view. They moved us to a better apartment but the air con was extremely noisy and did not cool properly. They made no attempt to fix in our 3 day stay. Parking was charged at €15 per night so we parked on the road. Supermarket opposite. Several restaurants nearby. If they sorted out the air con I would go back...

"Unbelievable location. Lack of aircon was a problem with the temperatures. Penthouse was roomy but balcony a bit disappointing as lack of view due to concrete wall where most of the other apartments in the block had secure railings allowing view when sat on balcony. "

"We spent a fantastic 2 weeks at Géraldine & Pierre's accommodation which is exactly as described The appartment is fresh clean and cleverly laid out. It had all the facilities and equipment we needed. The whole place was peaceful and quiet during our stay. We swam every day in the pool at a perfect (for us) 27 degrees, delightful after a day spent exploring the many heritage sites and natural parks of the Manacor area and beyond. Recommended without hesitation"

"Hotel in a good walking distance feom everything. 10 mins to beach, 2 mins to all restaurants. Rooms although dated are comfortable and offer everything you need. Pools indoor and outdoors good. Though outdoor pool not heated and quite cold. Area around pool very nice with movie screen and plenty of seating. No inflatables allowed in pool despite no sign advising.
