The breakfast was the best you can get in town, fresh fruit and lot of delicious bread and cheese. Only recommendation for improvement is to have fans in the room, it was very hot day and we were on the third floor which got pretty toasty. "

I arrived at the arranged time and entered the building to find an empty stairway, closed doors and a state of renovation inside and outside. Nobody appeared to be on site, except surveillance cameras. Nobody responded when I called a greeting.
