TV not working, had to move room, again no trolley, had to make 17 trips from the 14floor to the eighth as I had packed everything being promised the tv would be fixed. The night manager Karen was lovely and gave us free breakfast and 4 drink vouchers for the fridge at reception. It’s a great hotel with ideal...

Anscheinend musste das Sofa gereinigt werden weil es so sehr gestunken hat. Vielleicht sollte einfach mal der Preis für die Unterkunft angehoben werden, anstatt sich noch einen Bonus in Form der Kaution zu erschleichen. Wie wäre es mal mit Regeln anpassen bzw. verbieten das Sofa zu benutzen?"
