We were given keypad codes for the building and our room but what wasn’t explained was that you had to use the larger keypad to put your room code in so that you could get your door key. In the apartment, everything was provided but out of the 6 glass tumblers we had, 4 had chips on the edge of the glass which was dangerous. We reported it to Reception staff and they changed them straight away which was good! The cutlery drawer needed to be wiped of crumbs but other...

"This is a beautiful hotel with modern rooms, coffee makers, and made service every day. To take advantage of the wonderful spa while you were there. I think the price is a little high, but it’s definitely worth it. My only observation negative is that it is a 1/2 to 1 mile walk to the shopping and restaurant areas. This may not sound far, but when it’s the dead of winter and dark outside, it is a consideration. Taxis in this city or quite expensive."
