The room was very small and could use some renovations. However, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast, which was included, was excellent — definitely 5 stars!

Location was very good. 15 min to spanish steps.5 mintues to park. It was a bit pricey for what they offered. I was surprised that breakfast wasn't included for that price. Also, beds weren't really queen sized. More like 2 double beds. The gym downstairs were only 2 machines and it was inconvenient to use. I had to ask a staff to come down and open door. Spa portion of gym wasn't included but it was just a small pool and a lounge chair. Would not pay for spa there.

"Lovely staff but the hotel is looking quite tired and would benefit from refurbishment. The third/bunk bed is really only suitable for children. My 16 year old son said it was like sleeping in a coffin. Though clean, my own bed smelt a little and the sheets were ripped. I think many people have smoked ..."
