"Really enjoyed our stay. House was good, but the pool was what made it, all to ourselves, warm water, lovely view. Both our VRBO contact and the person who lived downstairs were both really helpful but not at all obtrusive on our holiday. Porto heli is nice. We should probably have hired a car to explore more but taxis were easy and not too expensive. Spetses was lovely to visit by water taxi."

The island of Hydra is beautiful and definitely worth a visit. The owner of the property was very nice and accommodating. It is right beside Techne Restaurant but 20 steps up to the door of the house which provides you with privacy from the restaurant and the walking path below and magnificent views. "Charming seafarer’s cottage! It was in a beautiful location with incredible views over the water and the town of Hydra. Literally 5 minute walk up a stoney path to the nearest little beach with crystal clear water (bring your water shoes) with gorgeous views all the way. 20 minute walk into town with lots of restaurants available. Bit tricky to figure out the workings of the lights, water etc, but with our host’s help we figured it out. You may want to bring a few essentials like spices, hand...

"It is everything listed! The only issue may be how steep the stairs are, but this is not unusual on Hydra or in Greece for that matter. Things are built upward, not outward so there are usually steep stairs at hotels and even restaurants. I only mention it if you have older or weaker members, they may not be able to use the upstairs. My wife and I had no problems though and we're well over 50! Rania is very easy to work with and attentive! Definitely a great place to stay!"

"As described in the listing this is an original Hydra house spread over 3 levels. Perfect in sunny weather as outside stairs are part of daily living. The upstairs bedroom and the outside terrace have spectacular views of the harbour. The daily sound of the Clocktower bell, donkeys hooves and footsteps provide the rhythm of life. "We loved our stay in Ermioni with Grand Bleu. The staff and property was exceptional. A great experience doing a day trip to Hydra also. Very easy with the local ferry next to the Grand Bleu office."

"We (family of 5, 3 teenage girls) enjoyed our stay at this house a lot. It was extremly quiet, as no neighbours were around. The pool as well as the house were clean, and regularly the pool man Kosta came to check on it. The house itself is very spacious, large living room. You can walk by foot on a gravelroad to the beach (5min), where it's not a sandy beach, but the water is just perfectly clean and nice. We also enjoyed other beaches in the area, as well as visiting the archeological sites....

"Very easy to deal with and lovely stay at the unique property. It's located in a lovely part of Greece with the nearby town having loads of great shops and restaurants. The property was clean, well maintained and had loads of space for people to do their own thing. Well equipped to cater for yourself and some of the restaurants also did delivery. Couple of points: Mattresses are quite firm, some toppers available would be good. There was a couple of bedrooms listed that were not either available...

"Lovely guest house in stunning location by the beach. Beautiful breakfast, lovely pool. Only small downside is nearest restaurant for dinner is a short 5 minute drive away but the quiet location right on the sea more than makes up for this. Wish we had stayed here longer than one night. Would highly recommend a room with sea view. "

"We had one night at this hotel and we enjoyed it a lot. It’s a few minutes walk from the port that you can reach by ferry from Galatas and it only cost €4 for a car and one person. The hotel had its own parking lot and a nice swimming pool. It also has their own little beach, which is sandy and clean "
