"Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "

"We stayed here and drove into Zurich for the day to explore. The property is pretty clean but could be a little cleaner. The owner still seems to live here and go somewhere else when guests rent the apartment. It is located in a small neighborhood in Küssaberg and is not far from a large industrial facility.
