"Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?"

"We were a group of 8 adults visiting Interlaken and were very pleased with our stay at the Jungfrau Family Home. We found the accommodations very comfortable and the kitchen was a good size for having meals with a large group. We found the location of the home to be quite good and we were able to walk to restaurants, stores and transportation. We would be more than happy to return when we come back to Interlaken. "

"We were a group of 9- multi- generational with ages 8 to 70. This home was very family- friendly with lots of spaces to spread out, and a large dining table for gathering for meals. It is a bit of a hike to get there, including 60 steps, but quiet and in a lovely setting with a great view of the Jungfrau from the balcony and back terrace. The kitchen is on the lower level and the large dining table one floor up, so we were up and down multiple times per day preparing for meals. The bedrooms were...

"We enjoyed our stay in Lauterbrunnen. While the town itself was very busy the central location of Lauterbrunnen allowed us to quickly escape the hustle and bustle and explore the surrounding mountains. The home had everything we needed. For us as international travellers it would have been helpful to have some instructions on the laundry machines and oven, as the symbols were different. All in all a wonderful stay. "
