One of the best spots to get those views of the Rocky Mountains while being close to everything you want to do. 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars, 4 minutes to 18 holes of disc golf, 5 minute bike ride to miles of single track and downhill.

All of this located in a quiet, freshly built walkout basement apartment with private deck to see some of the best sunsets in Colorado above Longs Peak.

Like staying in a boutique hotel, but with all the extra amenities including full kitchen (with all the cooking utensils you need), full laundry, independent AC and heat, unlimited hot water and space for 4 people. This apartment has wonderful natural light at almost every time of day, but the bedroom has been outfitted with blackout shades for those who love some real darkness for sleep.

Grandview Hideaway
Highly recommend this to anyone staying in the Boulder area. This property is very well kept, very modern, hosts are right there but respect your privacy. Lots of nice restaurants and shops close by but still a quiet place to stay.

Grandview hideaway meet all our needs and then some. Clean & quiet with a walking path right outside the door. Dan had several choices of coffee & tea available & some snacks. We definitely would stay again when visiting family & friends!

This property was very comfortable, clean, stylish, and easy! We loved the view of the mountains, and the neighborhood and access were exactly what we wanted! Just be aware, it is a basement property; occasionally you hear footsteps above you.

The best place
This place was wonderful, very clean everything you need in the kitchen was there. The view incredible. My kids loved the place too, they did not want to leave. Our family will be back again when we visit Colorado. We will visit based on this place availability because we don't want to choose another place. We have spoken to our friends and family and they will definitely also be booking this place when they visit Colorado. Kids were excited after a long travel to get free snacks, we even had free coffee and tea. I will recommend this place to everyone. Book it, don't wait. 10 stars for sure.

Perfect place for us to stay while in Erie. Great view of the mountains from the deck. Very quiet and relaxing. It has everything you need and then some. Full kitchen, a wide selection of coffee and tea and snacks, washer and dryer….. if you forgot something, it’s most likely here already. There was so much thought out into this space, and it shows. We would definitely stay here again.

'Refuel' before returning home
We were looking for a quiet, well-equipped place before we started our journey home - and we found it! Even though it was already the second half of October, we were still able to sit outside in the lounge and enjoy the mountain panorama. Overall: 5 stars ;-)
