Nice setting for family but doesn’t see each other a lot to have plenty a room to inter intermingle the kids could be in one area and adults and another or everyone could join together on the first floor.

Beautiful Old Victorian
The house is listed as a mansion. It did not meet my impression of a mansion. It is beautif on the inside but needs some updates. The space for the kids and all the different areas was great. The grounds were under repair and there was no private outdoor space. We did not realize, but there was no bathtub.
The property manager was wonderful.
The house is great and served our needs perfectly. Chris, the property manager, was super accommodating and extremely helpful. We would 100% stay here again just because of him!
The house needed many updates and microwave and oven not working. Kitchen not stocked very well with utensils and towels and dish rags. Could have used better toilet paper. The house in some rooms looked like it was falling apart.
Over all we would not return to the house or neighbor hood. Sorry, but I needed to be honest.
Property manager, Chris was wonderful though.
We had a great time at this location. Very good and amenable for its age, and greta value for the amount of space. The property manager is kind, reasonable, and helpful. The location is easily walkable to the nightlife of Erie and that was a great bonus to us.
We had a big group and the house was more than enough room! Chris the house manager was great to deal with and the house had everything we needed, it was very close to the convention center also.
We had a wonderful stay renting this very old but nicely restored house. The quirks and weird things about such an old home have been neatly bypassed through the addition of another bathroom and many air conditioners. For people able to climb many stairs and needing many beds, this rental is ideal. The Wi-Fi is swift, the amenities are as good as possible, and communication with the point of contact is easy.
House had plenty of room. We had 10 guys staying there, in town for a hockey tournament. Ages were 35 to 60. Chris was excellent and making sure everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Plenty of space to park, but it was all on Street. The only negatives I could come up with are some of the furniture is a bit dated and two bathrooms. Otherwise a perfect spot for our requirements.
Chris was amazingly helpful and thorough. The house is charming, only 2 bathrooms for 6 bedrooms was a concern but didn’t pose a problem for us. Lots of attention paid to cleaning and Covid precautions
My fiancé and I booked the entire house for a New Year’s Eve get together and overnight stay with friends and couldn’t have had a better experience! The house was spacious and perfectly accommodated our group of 11 people and a dog (love that the place is pet friendly!). Also, Chris was an amazing host - he greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the house and made himself available in case anything came up. His hospitality made our experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

Chris has Good Service and is very amicable
The only thing I really did not like s that some of the blanks, pillows and sheets had a “used” “sweat smell”. And it was disgusting!
The blinds are filthy and broken..
But if they keep up with the cleaningness of the house, I would stay there.
I was disappointed on that and I had to clean to receive my family…..
We enjoyed our stay in this 126 year old mansion. The house was perfect for our extended family with plenty of rooms. We also had plenty of refrigerator/freezer space to keep our catch of 50 fish fresh!
We had an awesome time at the Mansion, property manager Chris was very helpful & accommodating. The Mansion was clean & beautiful, they even had our morning coffee available, plus some. We luved our stay there, next year we're going to stay longer. Thnx Chris & VRBO!!

Beautiful house
Beautiful house really nice owner always there when I called or texted. I wish I would if known or was told about the location where the house was. Four house up was a rehab for drugs and alcohol and people getting out of jail. No one never messed with us I just was upset i wasnt notified about that. I had my niece and nephew with me I was scared the first couple days. Really big house for a family to stay.
Easy to find, great parking, conveniently situated in the middle of the city. Lots of room for everyone- 6 adults and 2 small children. Daniel was very warm and accommodating. Would definitely use it again!
