"Chris, I have been staying there for 3 years straight and this year 4 of us rented the unit. However 2 of the group at the last minute could not come. Then I get an email that another $100 is due for excess cleaning to be paid!! We left the place almost as we found it. Towels were washed( (2) and I forgot to strip the bedding. Where does this so called $100 cleaning bill come from? I always pay in full to avoid this type of situations. Both of us are 66 uears old and we had 1 6 pack of beer...

"We stayed in cottage #1 on the water. It was perfect for 4 friends. Plenty of room, nice outdoor seating, beautifully lit up outside. There was a large fire pit. We were next door to the Ferry. A fun free ride to Bemus Point. We didn’t have a boat but we enjoyed the dock. A short walk to a lovely ice cream shop, a convenience store,a produce stand, & a walking trail."

"We enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean, and centrally located. We like to prepare breakfast at home, and were very impressed with the well appointed kitchen. Sharp knives, lots of utensils particularly! The bed was comfy and Hulu is one of our favorite streaming stations. Our host was responsive although we encountered no problems. Thank you for a great stay!"

"There's a reason we've stayed multiple times here over the last year. The place is absolutely perfect and peaceful with its own private dock. I'm so glad we found this gem, it's truly amazing. One of my favorite things about the place is the huge and unique windows in the kitchen area. I love looking out those and watching the wildlife and scenery. "

"Perfect little house setup just to lay your head at night. Allowed us to venture out for the wedding we were in, travel to NY, and Ohio to see what is around within 3 hours. Quick response for when we needed help getting into the house. Very clean and comfortable. Only issue is it took us 15 minutes to find the house when we selected the address from Vrbo to Apple Maps it put us a street down. No big deal including when it’s not a property owner issue. "Our group stayed Friday night through Sunday morning. Our cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. There are multiple cottages on the property with grills, picnic tables, a communal fire pit, as well as docks if you will be bringing a boat. Rachel was very prompt at answering any questions we had. We had a great time!"
