Our family-run non-smoking guest rooms are located in the pleasant Gründerzeit district in the city center. In our separate guest floor with fully equipped kitchen, we offer lovingly designed rooms with sofa, TV and washing facilities. Furthermore, you have a large double room with separate shower / WC and a spacious apartment with a winter garden. In our cozy breakfast room you start well into the day. Enjoy the security in a quiet location, surrounded by greenery and a short walk to the historic old town of Erfurt. You can easily reach us by public transport (bus line 9 and tram line 2). Breakfast is available at the price of 5.00 € per person.

Gute Lage und freundlicher Gastgeber
Das Zimmer in dem Altbau ist geräumig, ebenso die Gemeinschaftsküche und das Bad. Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, inkl. Gewürze, Öl o. ä. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Zentrale Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Gastgeber gibt auf Wunsch gerne Auskunft über Sehenswürdigkeiten oder öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Gute Lage, ruhiges, großes Zimmer
Die Lage des Zimmers war ruhig und stadtnah. Schöner Blick in den Garten. Check in und check out waren gut. Es wurden mehrere Zimmer separat in einer Wohnung vermietet. Diese teilen sich eine Küche, die gut ausgestattet ist und ausreichend Sitzplätze hat. Die Sauberkeit entspricht der Sorgfalt der Mieter. Alle teilen sich ein Bad, was v. a. Morgens schwierig ist, wenn 7 Personen duschen, aber nur eine Toilette im Bad vorhanden ist... Die Duschkabine hat leider mehrere Schimmelstellen, eine der Seitenwände ist kaputt. Das Bad kann gut über große Fenster gelüftet werden.

Das Zimmer ist nah der Innenstadt. Parkplätze gibt es; auch wenn man manchmal etwas Glück braucht. Zimmer ist sauber aber abgewohnt...alter, abgetretener Teppich, knarrende Dielen, alte Dusche... Küche ist soweit gut ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nah dran. Größtes Manko: kein WLAN, schlechter Mobilfunkempfang und nur die "GEZ-TV-Progamme empfangbar.

Einfach aber praktisch
Einfaches Zimmer in einer Altbauwohnung; gut gelegen, sauber, und mit netten Vermietern. Nix für die Flitterwochen aber top als Bleibe für ein paar Tage.

altes Haus, schmimmelige Duschkabine, nicht renoviert
Mir gefiel es nicht (Sauberkeit könnte besser sein), teilweise altes kauputtes Mobiliar. Handtücher sehr klein und dünn (zu verbraucht), natürlich für den niedrigen Preis kann man nicht viel erwarten. Im Badzimmer war Duschkabine und sämtliche Fügen schimmelig. Außerdem habe ich ein kleines Einzelbett Zimmer gehabt.

Wir wurden freundlich aufgenommen und zu unseren Wünschen befragt. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Ich würde den Vermieter weiterempfehlen. Schwieriger ist es mit der Parksituation. In der Innenstadt ist es immer etwas schwieriger einen Parkplatz zu finden, obwohl auf dieser Straße beidseitig parken möglich ist.
