Apartment in the poet district

Our bright, friendly and completely renovated non-smoking apartment (102 m²) is located in the south of the city, in a prime quiet residential area in the 1st Floor of our house. The city center can be reached in about 15-20 minutes, the Steigerwald in 10 minutes. Moreover, there is a good tram connections. The rooms are large and spacious and all have a darkening. For your stay you have a large kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, shower / WC and a conservatory. The rooms are beautifully furnished and invite you to linger and relax. Pets on request. The apartment is equipped with cable TV, DVD player, radio, 2 clock radios, safe and home trainer. A travel cot and a high chair are available on request. It can be parked on both sides of our street, where there is always a place to eat.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung
Wohnung auch in Kleinigkeiten liebevoll eingerichtet. Liegt verkehrsgünstig, trotzdem ruhig. Wenige Minuten zum Bäcker und zur Tram, die in 5 Minuten in die Altstadt fährt. (Kommunikation m.d. Agentur nicht bewertet, da nach der Buchung eine solche nicht mehr erforderlich war).

Große Wohnung in gepflegtem Haus in toller, ruhiger Lage!
Das Haus ist ruhig, sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts: Endlich mal mehr als drei Gläser, Tassen und Teller! (Das i-Tüpfelchen wäre natürlich noch ein Geschirrspüler, ist aber nicht wirklich wichtig.) Das Bad ist hell, geräumig und hat ein Fenster. Die Einrichtung ist z. T. ein bisschen altmodisch, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Großes helles Schlafzimmer mit vielen Schränken und guten Betten. Wie waren sehr angetan - auch von der netten Vermieterin - und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr großzügige saubere Wohnung, genügend Parkmöglichkeit, ruhige Wohngegend (haben sehr gut schlafen können). Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar.
