The villa is close Kerhilio where there is one of the most beautiful beaches of Morbihan. It is ideally located for visiting the south of Britain by its proximity to Carnac megaliths Etel old fishing port where you will discover the port's cafe restaurants concerts etc ... you can go up the river by boat and discover étel its bar. On the way to the departure of Quiberon islands Houat Hoedic and Belle Ile at sea.
The house is very welcoming and ideal for holidays, large windows let the light a very large veranda 45 m2 for the open relaxing on the garden and then a few steps to refresh yourself in the pool under shelter of 114 m2, everything is to spend a great holiday whatever the weather you will always be in the shelter with a constant view of nature for the discovery or idleness.

Relaxing holiday
Really lovely property, photos don’t do it justice, lots of space. Plenty of choice for seating in or outside. Regina & her husband were very kind, they came to find us in a nearby town as a local road had been closed. They were very patient with our lack of French!😊

Excellent séjours dans un endroit très calme, proche de la forêts à pied et de la mer en voiture ou à vélo, dans une maison spacieuse et bien équipée avec une piscine très agréable et parfaitement entretenue régulièrement et discrètement par le propriétaire. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires dans une maison très propre avec une excellent literie. Amélioration possible proposée : une deuxième télécommande pour le portail pour les familles. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour confortable et agréable
Bien accueilli par les propriétaires, la remise des clefs a été simple et les consignes/conseils claires et précis. Très jolie maison avec une grande véranda et une très belle piscine. La propriété est dans un environnement très calme mais proche (- de 10min) de la ville. Tout le confort pour un séjour réussi !

Merveilleux séjour
Accueil très professionnel par les propriétaires dont nous avons beaucoup apprécié la grande gentillesse et la disponibilité. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette belle, confortable et spacieuse maison où l'on se sent bien et qui est en outre extrêmement bien équipée. La piscine couverte (mais qui s'ouvre sur les côtés) est juste fantastique. L'endroit est résidentiel, très tranquille et proche de tout en voiture (à 10 minutes de la plage et de clubs de surf ou de char à voile, de multiples activités dont équitation, accrobranche ou encore grand circuit de karting, des commerces d'Erdeven) et encore avec un très bon boulanger qui permet un retrait de pain à 1 minute à pied. Nous recommandons fortement cette adresse!

Hébergement au calme, proche des plages
Hébergement reposant, situé au calme dans la nature et à 4 kms des plages. Globalement bien équipé même si les draps et serviettes ne sont fournis que sur demande. Les oreillers (très mous) ne sont pas au niveau du reste des prestations la maison et il n'y a pas de jeux de sociétés (en cas de pluie) ni de brochures sur les environs. Mais le jardin et la piscine sont très superbes . Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles en cas de question. Séjour très agréable et à recommander.

Lovely, bright and airy House
It was a lovely clean home, a great spacious conservatory - but probably too hot in high summer. It was lovely to have a safe enclosed and cared-for garden for our dog. As mainly french people stay there I guess, there is no english tv but no problem for us. The covered pool was super too. A quality residential area, not far from town & a good dog walk nearby. Local beaches and area were beautiful in September.

Grande maison très agréable avec de grands espaces de vie, grand séjour, véranda et terrasse. On profite du joli jardin par tous temps ainsi que de la piscine couverte à température idéale. Un peu loin d erdeven mais avec une voiture pas de soucis. Au calme à la campagne avec le bord de mer, La Trinité, Carnac et Auray accessibles facilement en voiture

Belle piscine, bien entretenue et chauffée avec en plus une belle plage en proximité. Maison bien située, près de beaucoup de sites intéressants. Endroit et voisinage calme. Je recommande vivement.

Maison pour des vacances réussies !
Une maison plus que confirme à la description. Grande, propre, très bonne literie, une superbe véranda. La piscine est idéale pour la Bretagne car chauffée et couverte quand on le souhaite. Nous avons vraiment passés de très bonnes vacances en famille ! Petit axe d'amélioration : le barbecue a du être demandé mais le propriétaire est venu le lendemain pour le sortir du garage. Les frais de ménage ne sont pas compris dans le prix et sont à 80 euros. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité et leur réactivité !

SUPERBE VILLA
Une très jolie villa, tenue de main de maître, très très propre, très confortable, que se soit pour la literie impeccable avec un grand lit, les télévisons, la plaque de cuisson, le four, il faudrait vraiment être difficile pour ne pas apprécier ce confort...... Le seul petit truc serait l' isolement, il faut prendre la voiture , même pour acheter du pain, mais ce n'est pas bien grave

Lieu de vacances idéal
Pas de mauvaises surprises à l' arrivée bien au contraire, Location conforme à la description, il ne manque rien, la piscine est un grand plus, idéal pour famille avec enfants, les propriétaires sont trés gentils et à l'écoute. Repos assuré, à proximité de Carnac et de Quiberon pour les promenades et la découverte des côtes sauvages.
