Diese Art von Unterkunft hat Camping-Niveau, wers mag - wir nicht!
Ausstattung nur zweckmäßig. Essen konnte man nur am Campingtisch mit Campingstühlen. Die Gerüche in der Unterkunft sind unerträglich. Auch wenn man noch so viel Raumduft benutzt. Im Kühlschrank lagen noch Zwiebelschalen vom Vorgänger. Unter den Kissen des Sofas lag Dreck. Alles in Allem nicht zufriedenstellend.

Soleil,plage au rdv mais pas possible de déjeuner en terrasse,aucun parasol a disposition, le lave linge et sèche linge sont a l extérieur au niveau de la piscine et la piscine ouvre que le 15/06 , donc oui un peu déçu que cela ne soit pas indiqué dans l annonce. Il y a aussi une odeur dans les WC et la salle de bain pas très agréable au réveil ,je pense que c est du a une remontée d égout. Manque le wifi ,bref nous ne reprendrons pas ce logement désolé pour la propriétaire .

Parfait
Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans la Ria d'Etel. Le logement est très agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Rien ne manque. Rozenn était absente mais nous a donné tous les conseils pour notre installation et notre séjour. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre réveillon à Erdeven.

Lieu très calme ,avons apprécié la véranda pour le linge etc.., par contre pas de notice pour utiliser l'appareil électrique pour cuisiner si bien un peu trop juste pour nous!

Maison de vacances bien agréable
Maisonnette fonctionnelle : grand frigo ; véranda et terrasse extérieure pour faire face à tout type de météo.. Endroit calme, quasiment dans les dunes (donc plage à proximité) et proche du centre de Etel et son port.

Propreté douteuse ( poussière, vaisselle à re-laver, parois des WC non lavé et forte odeur de vinaigre blanc ) je précise que j'ai un œil affûté car je travaille dans le domaine de la propreté. 1 lit en 140 et un lit en 120 ( cela n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce). Le logement est bien agencé et bien exposé. Petit bémol, le voisin du déçu qui faisait du bruit tard dans la nuit. Les environs sont un régal pour les visites, escapades.

AU BONHEUR DES DUNES
Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et souplesse de Rozenn. Et nous nous sommes habitués à l'ameublement de l'appartement. Les dunes offrent un coucher de soleil magnifique et l'occasion de respirer et marcher dans la fraîccheur. Geoff et Marie Thomas
