"I sent numerous emails to this property and they never sent me check-in details. Drove to property and couldn't get in. Tried phoning them and they never picked up (no phone coverage at property either so you need to drive 10min to get coverage). I had to find different accomodation last minute as this property was a bust. Tried to get refund and they refused. They have effectively stolen my money as they haven't provided any service."

"This aparthotel ticks all the boxes you'd need for a comfortable stay. The beds are superb, the room is spotlessly clean, the kitchen and bathroom are good sizes and the location is excellent for the U Bahn. The room is nicely furnished and the WiFi is absolutely outstanding. We had speeds of around 250mb which is far quicker than anything I've seen in a hotel at home.
