"Hired the chateau with 30 friends who have not seen each other in a long time. This was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at; I honestly never thought I'd stay somewhere as grand. The communication was great and the photos don't do it justice. All the rooms are ensuite and there's a lot of social space for everyone. The hardest bit was getting everyone together in one place! "Our stay in this homely french Chateau was wonderful - all 18 of us (from 2 to 55) thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and are keen to return next year. The Chateau is set back from the road down a long drive, its sits in a large piece of land on the edge of a lake. In its grounds there is a heated swimming pool, trampoline, table tennis table, large wendy house with lots of toys, a shed with bikes that you can borrow to ride round the lake/explore the local area and a sit on top kayak & Canadian...

"DO NOT book this hotel. Made my reservation well in advance and when I had travelled 12 hours to get to this hotel for what I thought was going to be a romantic weekend the hotel was completely shut and gated up. The drive up to the hotel was also really sketchy. It's next to a hospital and kids sporting grounds covered in graffiti and rubbish. Do not be deceived by the photos. The grounds are awful and the owner obviously doesn't care about the customers. Appalling service. Please please...
