Ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen and dining room, lounge (sofa bed that can be used as an additional bed) with pellet stove and access to the garden. Shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160 bed and a bedroom with 3 90 beds and shower room with adjoining toilet.
Parking, garage, and laundry room.
A terrace in front of the house and a terrace at the back with an enclosed garden of 800 m² (low wall + 1.50 m fence).
Pets accepted (not upstairs).
Many walks or bike rides from the town (5 bikes available). Nearby: spa town of Luxeuil-les-Bains, water park in Vesoul, canoe rental in Conflans-sur-Lanterne, plateau of 1000 ponds and many summer events: international folklore festival, concerts, open-air cinema, local markets... Electricity and heating by boiler included. Beds made on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning included in the rental price.
