"The house is modern and equipped with all of the essentials and much more. Beds are comfortable and clean. Beautiful garden and a fabulous sandy beach just a few minutes walk. The location is served by local shops and a bar/restaurant with a basic menu but the food is superbly cooked and is also fairly inexpensive."

Les espaces piscine, sauna et billard permettent de passer de vrais moments de détente et de déconnexion entre amis ou en famille ! Le parc avec sa grande terrasse et ces deux barbecues sont également tres agréables. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir "

"Lovely well appointed house exactly as described on the website. Owner responds quickly to communications and is helpful and welcoming. Everything you need is here and we had a wonderful time. My only slight negative comments would be that the 4 single beds are really suitable for children rather than adults and that one of the electric radiators in the living room doesn’t appear to be working which would make the room hard to heat in the the depths of winter if needed. "I was concerned at first of booking a spot so far from things but it’s really not too far from anything. The location is absolutely perfect. The back enclosed sitting area is perfect for relaxing. The house is immaculate with everything needed to be comfortable"

"Pascals properties are very clean and well equipped and nicely furnished. Located near the ocean in a quiet neighborhood made my stay very relaxing. My coworkers stayed at other Pascal Properties and they were equally impressed. I will stay at one of Pascals rentals when I return to the region."

"An excellent property in a peaceful neighbourhood. As with many properties the photos dont do it justice. Short walk to the beach as this is just off Barneville Plage. Garden spacious so would be good for people with children. Only suggestion and one I would make to almost every property we have stayed at, please some more hanging space in the bedrooms and a 'shelf' in the shower to put soap, shampoo etc."
