This spacious villa is located on the hill of Gialasi overlooking the Saronic gulf.

A 5 minute drive from the town of Ancient Epidavros, little theatre & sunken city and only a 15 minute drive to the ancient theatre of Epidavros or 30 minute drive to Greece's first capital city, Nafplion.

The house is divided into 2 sections, total 3 double bedrooms, access to the private garden and outdoor BBQ.

Main House
- The first floor has a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a WC and an outdoor veranda with outdoor seating area and dining table with sea & town views
- On the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom with large bathtub and a private terrace with outdoor furniture with sea & town views

Garden Apartment
- Includes a second, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, desk, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and outdoor seating area
- Direct access to the private garden, with sea & town views
