Welcome to BnB Epernay, the home of Jacuzzi Terrasse 86, Studio 86, and Terrasse 86.

These three independent apartments are nestled in a house entirely dedicated to vacation rental. For large groups or family gatherings, it is possible to rent the entire house and thus accommodate up to 12 people.

Welcome to BnB Epernay, your peaceful haven in the heart of Champagne, including the Studio 86, Terrasse 86, and Jacuzzi Terrasse 86. These three independent apartments are housed within a property exclusively dedicated to vacation rentals. Rent an individual apartment or the entire house to accommodate up to 12 people.

Jacuzzi 86 is our largest apartment, measuring 85m2 and perfect for hosting 4 people. Located just steps away from the historic center of Epernay and the Avenue de Champagne, it offers great comfort: a large terrace, two bedrooms with large double beds, one of which is a master suite with a balneotherapy bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen. With an additional shower room, the apartment has two water rooms for your convenience.

Comfort: Two water rooms, brand new and quality bedding, large fully equipped kitchen, master suite, fiber internet connection, bed linen and bath towels provided.

Self or personalized arrival: With the digicode, arrive and stay in complete autonomy, or let us personally welcome you and provide advice for visiting Epernay and its surroundings.

Equipment: 1 living room/kitchen and 2 bedrooms for 4 people (+ baby), 60m2 terrace, 1 sofa, large table, TV.

Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.

Stylish apartment with outside space and only 15/20 minutes walk from Avenue du Champagne
A spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Although there was a high chair available, in our opinion the apartment is not ideal for young children. We were 4 adults. There is one full bathroom (with toilet and shower) and a second toilet in the hallway by the front door. Both bedrooms have double beds. The larger bedroom has a jacuzzi and a sink. There is a large outside space/verandah with plenty of seating. Plenty of storage space for clothes etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and very well kitted out. A great idea to have champagne in the fridge on arrival, with the price list. The apartment is on the ground floor. Parking is on the street. The host was meticulous in providing us with information and useful tips and ideas on how to best enjoy our stay in Epernay. We cannot fault the attention to detail. Check in was easy via the key lock box with the host providing the key code 24 hours before our arrival. Seamless arrival and departure procedures. The apartment is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the main attraction that is Avenue de Champagne. There are restaurants nearby but need to book and many not open on a Monday. Boulangerie in easy walking distance nearby for morning croissants and baguette.
