"Great stay. Would have been better if we were told before hand that there would be a security deposit to be paid at check in. We were only aware of the £8ish tax fees. Had no communication via email before check in either. Other than that it was lovely. "

"Lovely place to stay very close to Le Shuttle. Everything about this hotel was good. Probably the safest I have ever felt staying in a hotel as was also used by a lot of Police and Border Agents :) Staff were incredible friendly, breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend this hotel. Room was clean and tidy and bed comfy."

"Good sized family room with 2 double beds. Very clean and smart. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Drinks available at the bar. We didn't have breakfast, but it is on offer, with kids eating free per paying adult. A short walk away was a selection of restaurants for dinner. There appeared to be a range to suit all budgets/tastes, but we went cheap and cheerful at Pizza Royal (which I'd recommend). The car ferry terminal was only a 5-10 minute drive away, so the hotel was great for our overnight stay. To note, secure parking is available at £12/night. However, plentiful, free on-road parking right outside the hotel. Area felt safe (as it can be) to leave our car outside. We would definitely use this hotel again. "
