Unwind completely in the Veluwe Flow: a comfortable, homely chalet on a plot of no less than 850 m2! Here you can hear many birds and see the squirrels running back and forth and climbing trees. And if you want a little more life, there is plenty to do and see in the immediate vicinity.
As a nice extra you will find a wonderful infrared sauna in this chalet. Great to relax in after an active day in the Veluwe.
In de Veluwe Flow you will find a spacious living room with plenty of natural light and a cozy seating area, a dining area, and an open kitchen including a four-burner gas stove, a refrigerator, and a freezer with three drawers.
The master bedroom offers ample closet space and features a bed with two mattresses and a double duvet. There is an additional bedroom with a bunk bed and a wardrobe.
The sauna is now located where there used to be a small third bedroom, complete with a radio for enjoying music while relaxing. The bathroom is also spacious, equipped with a sink, storage space, a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine for laundry needs.
Outside, there are several seating areas. The plot is surrounded by many bushes and trees, offering a private atmosphere. There is no fence around it, so please keep your dog on a leash. In the shed, there are two bicycles that you are welcome to use, with the kind request to leave them neatly (and with repaired tires) for our next guests.
Neighborhood description
De Veluwe Flow is located in a recreation park with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The accommodation is in a quiet place at the end of a path where no one passes. The lot is very large so you can choose where to sit. There are several seats and a large parasol. There are two bicycles in the shed that you can use. You can also rent (electric) bicycles at the park. This is close to the playground and the cozy bar/reception Het Boshuys, where you can meet other guests and where animation activities are regularly organized. At the entrance of the park is a cozy pancake house, where you can also get something other than a pancake.
Nature lovers will enjoy the nature reserve Het Wisselse Veen, which is located near the park. Here you will find beautiful walking and cycling routes. From the park you can easily make trips to the always beautiful Veluwe: the vast forests and heaths, shopping cities of Apeldoorn, Zwolle and Deventer, De Apenheul, Het Loo Palace and Burgers' Zoo, it is all within easy reach. But the village center of Epe is also worth a visit. For daily shopping or a visit to the weekly market. But certainly also to have a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants.
Fair is fair: this beautiful location in the forest is best reached by car where you park next to the chalet on site. But you can also travel by bus to the Epe center stop and then transfer to the bus to Apeldoorn via Vaassen. Get off at the Lohuizerweg stop from where it is another 1.4 km. walking is to your destination.
