Excelente para casais e famílias
Fiquei 4 dias com a minha família, o hotel é excelente e muito bem cuidado. O apartamento era de 3 quartos, estava limpo, era amplo e bem localizado. O ambiente é muito familiar e adorei que não aceitam pets, cachorros criam confusão e assustam crianças. O cardápio do restaurante não é grande, mas tudo que nós comemos estava muito gostoso e bem feito. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, recepção, manutenção, bar na piscina, todo mundo foi gentil e prestativo. As piscinas são grandes, uma delas tem tobogan e o hotel fica junto da praia com acesso muito fácil. Lugar perfeito pra trazer a família, se divertir, comer bem e relaxar. Também é um ótimo local para fins de semana românticos.

Todos os funcionários atendem bem. O senhor que carrega as malas é formidável, está desde início do empreendimento, todos gostam dele. A comida, não gostei, falta muito do tempero baiano que temos na Bahia. Infraestrutura bem cuidada. Colocaram-me em um quarto inferior ao que eu reservei e paguei muito caro. Um local com ruído de cortador de grama. Demoraram até 17h para me realocar no quarto correto. Tive quer ir várias vezes, perguntar se já havia realocado o quarto. Bar da piscina é bom, eu gostei. Atendente do bar da piscina muito bom. As crianças vão gostar do tobogã. Colocaram na conta para pagar coisas que não foram consumidas, mas ajustaram rapidamente quando solicitei. A atendente da recepção ótima. Tem redes ótimas. Pessoas em pé esperando para ser atendidas na recepção, poderia ter um sofá, uma TV para assistir enquanto se espera. Piscinas limpas. Eu não achei que a entrega foi compatível com o custo da diária. Se me oferecessem metade da diária, eu pensaria ainda muito antes de aceitar, e provavelmente não aceitasse. Eu não aprovei a gestão que precisa cuidar melhor da "experiência do cliente" desde recepção, até restaurante, dentre outras coisas, não sentirá a sensação do quero voltar. Na recepção, se atende bem, mas não se apresenta bem o Tree Bies Resort, quais os recursos que oferecem. Tudo para resolver tem que ir na recepção, falta de ramal até mesmo no check-out, para convocar atendente para ajudar a levar as malas, tive que repetir número quarto.

O lugar é lindo, a estrutura do hotel é muito boa e confortável. É uma ótima opção para crianças. No entanto, a nossa expectativa era maior em relação ao serviço de hotelaria e de bar e restaurante. Não existem muitas opções de comida, o cardápio é muito restrito. Na média, a comida é saborosa… cada bar oferta uma marca diferente de cerveja e não há uma igualdade. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, assim como as roupas de cama e toalhas, que aparentavam estar bastante velhas e usadas. Observamos também algumas falhas nos atendimentos dos funcionários, a maioria bem educados e atenciosos, mas ficou claro que falta treinamento, liderança e organização. Nós voltamos e voltaremos, mas já com a consciência dessas falhas e sabendo que não se trata de um resort como se deve…

Foi agradável conhecer o lugar, com certeza retornarei! Houve um pequeno incidente, ao mover o vidro do box do banheiro, o mesmo se soltou bloqueando a minha saída. Fiquei um tempo aguardando um funcionário aparecer, mas no final, tudo foi resolvido, já que conseguir chamar alguém da minha família para pedir ajuda. Tudo foi resolvido adequadamente! Pra mim, falta ao espaço música, considerando que um dos slogans nas plaquinhas é “mais música “, claro que de boa qualidade. Sugiro um salão com pianos bar, combinaria bem com o lugar! Foi um bom passeio e recomendo!
