"Stayed 1 night after Gorilla trekking BwindiForest. It was very comfortable rooms, friendly staff and great food from the moment you walk in. I would definitely recommend it as a luxury hotel."

To avoid. Absolutely. No star in fact.
"Catastrophic. Pictures do not Real. Lies about all inclusive . Nothing exist (services , breakfast etc ).Very Very noisy and dirty. Clients service of Expedia had thé best and called thé manager . Lie After lie , it was a calamity."

Overpromised and underdelivered
"The photos do not give an accurate impression of the property. It was probably quite imposing when it was new but the outside is now very scruffy.
