"My son and I stayed for the 2024 Baja 1000. I think it would feel a bit crowded if we had more than 4-5 people, but it was still a good size. The neighborhood was easy to get in and out of. Close to the supermarket and Costco. It was generally a quiet neighborhood, but as others noted, the dogs across the street were a bit barky at times. Communication with the property manager was outstanding. We had a couple of small issues, which were quickly responded to and corrected. Water pressure for the shower was excellent. We have a large Sprinter van that was easily parked. It did stick out into the street a bit when we backed it into the carport, but it was no more than cars that were parked on the street and did not impede traffic. If we parked it on the street, parallel to the street, it was within the property boundaries. Utilities worked great. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we were happy with the property."

"I understand that you get what you pay for but the towels and linens were dingy, the floor was truly filthy (visible piles of dirt and mop residue was left along the edges of the floor) and there is nothing else in the room. The staff was nice both for check in and check out. The best thing about this place was the parking availability which is hard to come by in Ensenada."
