"Leider sind viele Sachen in dem Haus kaputt - die Schaukel, Schränke, das Waschbecken mit großen Rissen. Der Garten war sehr ungepflegt und alles recht „verwohnt“. Alles leider nicht in der guten Verfassung wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Das Haus braucht definitiv mehr liebe und Zuwendung. Abgesehen davon mal eine ausgiebige Grundreinigung. Leider gab es auch tagsüber auf keiner Terrasse Sonne, was natürlich schade ist. Als wir uns darauf hin im hinteren Teil des Gartens mit zwei Liegen in...

"Una casa preciosa , muy acogedora , tranquila y bien distribuida. Precio correcto y un trato muy agradable."

"Hemos disfrutado de la casa, de la cocina super bien equipada, con barbacoa y paellero incluido. Estrenamos cafetera y muebles de jardín, todo un detalle. Las camas muy cómodas y los baños muy limpios. Sobretodo a destacar la amabilidad y gran predisposición de nuestro anfritión Alfred, para que nuestra estancia fuese perfecta. "Die Wohnung von Eva und Josef ist wirklich sehr schön und auch die Dachterrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Pool ist eine willkommene Abwechslung zum Strand gewesen. Gerne wieder. d auch die Bewohner der anderen Wohnungen "

"Das Haus ist schön und super sauber und beinhaltet alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Lediglich die die Ankunft war etwas schwierig. Wir haben die Unterkunft erst gefunden, als die Vermieterin uns den Standort geschickt hat. Die Kommunikation war schwierig, weil sie kein Englisch konnte und wir kein Spanisch (Aber es gibt ja zum Glück Übersetzer). Ansonsten war es ein super toller Urlaub dort."

"This was our first trip to Peñiscola and we couldn’t wish for better location. The condo is situated in close proximity to restaurants and shops and only 10 min walk from the beach. It is fully staffed with all sorts of dishes and cooking equipment. The beautiful interior decor made us feel like home. Linda, the house owner, was fast to get in touch with and gave us many good tips for local restaurants and grocery shops. It was one of the memorable vacations . "

"A lovely house in a good location. The house is very well equipped with extremely comfortable rooms and lovely outside spaces where we were able to relax with some great sea views and enjoy al fresco meals. The house is located within a ten minute walk of the centre of Peniscola where you find the main restaurants, shops and a very good supermarket. It’s also a five minute walk to the nearest beach, although it is uphill on the way back from both! Peniscola was not too busy in early September...

"La location très bien, le stationnement moyen car pas de place attitrée et surtout manque de règlement à la piscine et surtout aucune correction de certains locataires qui se baignent jusqu'à 2h00 du matin comme s'ils étaient seul au monde dommage ça gache un peu le reste !"
