"The cottage is incredibly large indoors with a stunning view of the lake from the family room. Everything you needed for meal prep was in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. The cottage sits in a rural area with excellent easy hiking trails nearby. We took a quick jaunt to Quebec (15 minutes away) for lunch and spent a great day at the Shelburne Museum in Burlington. Just a reminder:"beaches" in this part of the world are rock, not sand."

"Property uses an incinerator toilet which has a long cycle, especially. if you use it before you go to bed. It vibrates and if you are a light sleeper this will impact your stay. Make sure to purchase a gallon of water before you come. Water is not potable and purchasing water for a dollar a drinking bottle will be expensive."

"The house had everything we needed for our family weekend getaway. It had an extra large dining area and family rooms for together time, but plenty of bedrooms to give us space. The lake view provided some amazing sunsets while sitting in the hot tub."

"The original parts of the cottage like the floors, kitchen sink and the swing on the beam were complemented with the updated bathroom and bedrooms. The record player was a nice nostalgic touch to a relaxing weekend. Easy drive to Jay Peak. In the winter it may be hard to park two cars. Looking forward to staying again next season."

"Our family had an amazing time that was much needed!! We were able to bring our little dog which was a big part due to her being family and my husbands support dog during cancer recovery. The lake house was very clean comfortable and accommodating had everything we needed including extras not listed like a/c in master bedroom.
