"Verena was a great host. We had a large group and rented all the rooms. Everything was perfect in the house. As to location, it’s great. The train station is across the street. A restaurant is next door. The lake is across the train tracks. And the views from every window is fantastic. Highly recommended."

"The apartment was in a wonderful location and was well equipped. The staff was freindly and helpful. It was quite warm while we were there, so air conditioning would have been nice. Overall I would highly recommend this property."

"The apartments are clean, safe and comfortable to stay. Tanita and her team are very friendly and willing to accommodate out requests. The check in process was smooth once receiving the email notification for the pin to get our key. In our case, we arrived a little earlier and Tanita was so nice and grant the room access for us. The amenities inside apartments are nice for family stay. The hotel location is convenient for the 10 minutes commute to central train station, ferry and bus hub by...

"Given early check in. Location can easily be found and within walking distance to a few sightseeing spots. Room is bigger than expected. Walking distance to Lucerne Train station. Staff are polite. Highly recommended!"

"This was an exceptionally nice hotel in the perfect location. Just a short walk from the train station and close to everything. My husband and I enjoyed a romantic 2 days in this gorgeous little city. We took the train to Mt. Pilatus and really enjoyed the cheese fondue locally. The room was spacious and elegant. The bedding was very comfortable. "
