"The owners were nice and helpful. The room is comfortable, beautifully appointed with early 20th century furnishings, a large bathroom with a soaking tub with a shower, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Entrance to the room is directly from outside so you do not enter any other area of the house. There’s a nearby park with a walking trail. There’s also a large stone patio right outside the room. We would definitely stay again. We had a lovely weekend!"

"This location is perfect. My husband and I stay annually at Biltmore’s Inn, but we wanted to bring our senior dog along with us this year. This apartment was a great find. "Katlin is a terrific host. Rental was very clean and comfortable, perfect location for us and close to downtown. Wife and I really enjoyed our stay and we were able to bring our two schnauzers which had a backyard for them to do their business.
