The Space:
Welcome to Manasota Key, the premier beach of the West Coast of Florida. The sleepy coastal community allows you to unwind on the beautiful white sands and swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants as well as Stump Pass Beach State Park, this unit offers everything you need for your beachfront vacation.

PLAN ACCORDINGLY: We provide for your stay the minimal amount of essentials to get your started, such as a paper towel roll, toilet paper roll, hand soap, dish soap, etc. Anything else you may need during your stay, the nearest shopping center is 10-15 minutes away from the property.

CHECK-INS: All check-ins are a self check-in process. For security purposes, access instructions will be sent to you the day of your arrival through Vrbo messaging. Thank you.

EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM EST (or afterwards). If you need the property prior to check-in time, please be made aware that early check-ins cannot be confirmed or guaranteed until the day of your arrival.

CHECKOUT: All checkouts are at 10 A.M. Please strip the sheets, clean your dishes and throw away all garbage prior to departure. Thank you.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Welcome to Manasota Key, from the north tip of the island to the south, this quant 11 mile island is picture perfect “old Florida”. This island is unique in which half is in Sarasota County and the other half is Charlotte County. It consists mainly of Englewood Beach in Charlotte County, Florida and is part of the Punta Gorda Metropolitan.

MANASOTA KEY BY MORNING
In the mornings head out your front door and down to the beach where you will find dolphins and other sea creatures making an early morning appearance. Or enjoy a quick bike or car ride to sightsee around the island and find yourself breath taken by the unique layout of the island.

MANASOTA KEY BY AFTERNOON
There are great restaurants on the Key with daily food and drink specials. For a quick drive off the island, enjoy a delicious lunch at Farlows on the Water. One of the best in the area!

I loved being able to walk out to the beach. Sitting on the front porch and seeing the beautiful sunsets. You can hear the waves while sitting in the living room. The whole condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Will come again :)

We enjoyed our time at Manasota Key. A great beachfront spot! There are several restaurants right across the road that you can walk too. The condo was clean and a great location.

Relaxing Spring Break
We had a wonderful relaxing spring break. We brought our electric scooters and moved around the area with ease. The house was very clean, sand and water steps away. Our teenage girls loved the area with loungers just outside the door due to high winds and they could tan without sand getting blown at them. Furniture inside could use an upgrade, but you're there for the beach! The house had everything we needed for the week.

We loved the location. There were beach chairs, towels, books, comfortable living room chairs. Great location on the beach. Super adorable beach house!!! We felt very comfortable. Also the view of the moon stars and beach on the 2nd level was amazing!!

We loved the location! Great sunsets and right on the beach and close to lots of great places to eat! Very small bedrooms and shower. Decor was worn and kitchen is average as well. Porch was great for sunsets!

I found this property after my usual spot still wasn’t ready after the hurricane. I am so glad I chose it!! I got to enjoy all my usual spots and the view from the deck was phenomenal. It was clean and well taken care of. Will definitely book again!!

This beachfront cottage rental was great...loved it !!. The maintenance man was very nice, too...saw him on the grounds. One thing I would suggest however is to have a telephone number to call inside the cottage if there was a problem. I would highly recommend this rental...expensive, but so worth the price.

Chalet in the sun
We had a great time at the chalet on Englewood Beach, Fl. The view of the gulf and the full moon was exquisite. We walked out the door and collected sharks' teeth every morning. The porch was a great spot to sit and watch the water and relax. We would like to return.
