"I love this hotel situated conveniently on the Main Street of Røros. Their restaurant serves excellent, fresh traditional Norwegian cuisine. The rooms are comfortable and make you feel like you have been transported back to the 1800s, but with modern conveniences. "

"Hej vi stannade på hotellet i fyra dagar och nätter. All mat var helt suverän och servicen var på topp. Mottagandet var också toppklass. Vid incheckning blev vi rundvisade och fick under tiden information rörande hotellet, vandring samt övrig nyttig information. Hotellets läge är i en underbar och naturskön miljö med Grövlan rinnandes precis runt hörnet. Pricken över i:et var spa anläggningen med bastu, badtunna bad i Grövlan. "Vi valgte Vauldalen Fjellhotell som et alternativ da alt i Røros var utsolgt, og det viste seg å være det beste som kunne ha skjedd oss. Ved ankomst ble vi møtt av utrolig hyggelige og imøtekommende folk. Rommene hadde en koselig «hyttefølelse», kombinert med moderne bad og all den hotellkomforten man kan ønske seg. Som prikken over i-en fikk vi tilbud om en magisk tur med hesteslede gjennom vinterlandskapet, som tok oss til et sjarmerende bygg i skogen. Her ble vi invitert til julebord sammen...
