"Zimmer sind gut aber sehr hellhörig und schlechte Lichtquellen im Bad und Zimmer. Keine Abfalleimer im Zimmer. Keine Benefits für Expedia Goldmember. Parkplatz gebührenpflichtig. Eher 3*** bestimmt nicht 4**** Hotel. Staff spricht zum teil kein deutsch. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und wellness."

"Staff seemed unable to cope due to busy period, and were not as friendly as I'm used to in the south of Germany. There was a wedding on too so maybe due to that. Stlfling hot in room, and room Aircon control was not working. Great place though, would go back."

Unser Häuschn sah auf den ersten Blick auch modern und schick aus, jedoch hat es bei der Sauberkeit große Defizite gegeben. Der Boden war voller Staub und Krümel, die Toilette war überhaupt nicht sauber, die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und alle Seifenspender im Haus waren nicht aufgefüllt. "Everything about the hotel was amazing, the staff, the room, the food, all great. The hotel grouods are very clean and its a very interesting concept (Erlebnishof is an adventure farm hotel typical of Germany). Family friendly atmosphere with lots of activities for families and a great place for solo travellers."

"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours.
