"The hotel, amenities and breakfast are very good. What we did not like was that it is located right be the Dutra freeway. The window handle of our room was broken. Porém, 2 coisas podem ser melhoradas. 1) ligar a banheira de hidromassagem antes da chegada do cliente para que a sujeira que fica nos canos saia. Digo isso, pois ao ligar a banheira para relaxar um pouco, saiu muita sujeira dos canos, o que é até normal. "O ambiente, de forma geral, estava sempre limpo e a equipe foi sempre muito atenciosa e respeitosa. O cardápio do café da manhã estava bem abrangente e adequado, apenas no domingo reduziu um pouco as opções. Um problema observado foi que quando no banho e uma outra pessoa utiliza água da pia ou sanitário etc, seja no mesmo quarto ou outro, o chuveiro reduz significativamente a pressão e volume de água e quando volta vem água muito quente. De mais nenhuma reclamação, só elogios. Super recomendamos..."
