"The house is situated on three different levels. There is a beautiful open kitchen with dining room and lounge downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need from serving a bowl of cereal. tohaving a cocktail. "

The property was extremely well furnished, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, even to cook a complete Christmas dinner for us all with all the trimmings. "The loft was a delightful stay!! Tessa had gone the extra mile by providing a lovely welcome tray of tea, coffee, orange juice and breakfast items with a fruit bowl. The bed was amazing…. So comfortable, we will certainly miss it being back home! There was board games supplied and tele had Amazon, Netflix and Spotify for music. The convection microwave was simple to use and we cooked a couple of meals. We will certain use this quaint little loft again when in the area. 😀"

"The property was very clean and was equipped with everything you need (and with things that you never knew you needed!). Good location for exploring the local area, it really is a very pretty part of the world. For a 1 bed property it is very spacious and the outside area is a real sun trap."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, the property is secluded yet has great access to local amenities. The property has absolutely everything you could possibly need and the host communication was great. "

"The property was extremely clean and spacious downstairs. The lounge had a large toy corner which was wonderful for our 3 year old grandson. Upstairs was lovely but bedrooms were a bit cramped. Being winter we all had large warm jackets and it would have been useful to have a coat stand or hooks in the hall. We had to drape them over the kitchen chairs. Overall a very pleasant property. "

"Everything about the location, the property, the owners were absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended."

"The cottage was dirty, the kitchen smelt of grease and all the pots where dirty. It smelt very fusty like it had been left unused for a long time. Beds where very uncomfortable, my wife described it as the worst nights sleep she has ever had. None of my kids could sleep either. Left after the first night and had to spend more money to stay somewhere. When I mentioned all this to the host they completely ignored me and stopped responding to my messages."

"We stayed in the Granary which was decorated for Christmas, it had such a lovely homely feel to the property. There was a very much appreciated welcome pack of mince pies, shortbread, wine and milk. The beds are super comfy and I honestly had some of the best sleeps staying here. The pool room was stunning and we loved the exclusive 2 hour slots that can be booked.We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return!"

"Jill was a fantastic host who allowed us to check in early rather than take our car full of luggage into Bath for the day. The accomodation was delightful, everything we needed, my only regret, not staying longer! "

"Had a really great time in this house. Ample space for everyone to chill out, relax and the location was pretty good too. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight. Well manicured lawn, play area, lounge."

"First, the only way go stay closer to the cathedral would be to pitch a tent on the lawn! So much room, large kitchen and separate dining room. Really large bedrooms. Entire house super well kept and clean. We are picky travelers and we loved this place! "

"Such a beautifully appointed cottage in the grounds of an amazing country manor.So close to Bradford on Avon, literally 3 minutes to the local pub by car, we timed it! About 20 minutes to Bath, traffic pending. Cottage is spacious and homely too. Decorated with taste; high end furniture, bedding, crockery etc. Lots of doggy goodies available too which was nice.Whilst our stay was excellent and we would love to return and recommend, we did have a few issues with the tv on the first day. "The lodge was very comfortable and well equipped. However, 2 things let it down.... the doors didn't close properly, and for me the biggest one was no wifi. Its listed as available but I could'nt get it to work, that combined with poor mobile signal made it difficult to make arrangements with family locally. Very nice non the less."
