"Fabulous stay with delicious breakfast "

"The hotel is in a fab location for access to the zoo and also the sports Ireland centre which is why we were there. The car park is safe with plenty of spaces although the 2 electric car charging points were in use by other cars the entire stay which was frustrating as we have an electric car. The hotel itself was nice, the family was a great size and good to have 5 of us in 1 room youngest under 2 so in a cot) but the room was SO HOT absolutely sweltering all night. Swimming pool was a nice bonus after the zoo however it was cold, jacuzzi not working and you need a padlock for the lockers (plus swim hats!) Breakfast was delicious, loads of choice with non dairy milks and gluten free options. Every choice of food had an allergy card stating any allergens which was amazing as my son has a dairy and peanut allergy which can make things so difficult. Staff were constantly going around saying good morning, clearing plates and bringing extra milk if needed. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had, especially with kids. Dinner was nice, but very expensive. Booking through Expedia there was no dinner package but I was told direct there is which was annoying but not the end of the world. The staff were all incredible, every single person was so friendly and extra helpful they really made the stay. "

"first things first a big well done to the staff polite friendly and generally nice people hotel beautiful room spacious and spotlessly clean we had trouble with our key card, every day when we got back from being out and about our card would not work … not entirely sure what was going on or wether it times out passed check out time at 11am but we were staying 3 days it became a bit of a laughing point in all fairness and the free pints of guinness soon made us feel better if you are staying at this hotel would highly recommend a car and there was loads of free parking a fantastic 3 night stay we had carvery on the sunday and i must say best carvery ever we also opted for the breakfast and there was loads of choice would highly recommend "
