"The staff I interacted with were great, especially the team member who assisted me at check-in. Despite the key card machine acting up and making the process take longer, she remained professional, friendly, and kept a smile on her face. She engaged in conversation and even apologized for the delay, but I reassured her that it wasn’t her fault—it was just the machine. Her positive attitude and professionalism stood out, making the experience much more pleasant. I wish I could remember her name, but she truly represented excellent customer service. I checked in Friday evening after 8pm. "
