The villa is huge and a great space for large family or group to spend time. We found the beds quite uncomfortable but the shutters and air conditioning helped to keep the house cool. No hot water in one bathroom, dishwasher broken, electric gate worked intermittently etc. There were no basic supplies like toilet rolls and washing up liquid but after complaining these were supplied 24 hours later - unfortunately we had already bought some by then as we needed them.
