Remodled Encinitas Home Close to Beach, Restuarants, Shopping and Coaster

Remodeled and decorated 2 bedroom home in Encinitas. The home is centrally located to restaurants, shopping, the freeway, the Coaster and just 1.8 miles from Moonlight State Beach.

This home boasts beautifully tiled floors, granite counter tops, and brand new stainless steel appliances. There is both a front and back yard with easy and ample parking.

The first bedroom has a California King bed, dresser, television and large closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, dresser, and closet, with access to the backyard. The main bathroom has a full shower and tub combination.

The living room has a full size sleeper sofa, television, and plenty of additional seating. The open concept kitchen and dining room can accommodate up to six guests and has an additional four barstools. All dishes, utensils, cookware, and small appliances are provided.

The backyard has a 300 square foot covered patio, with barbeque, perfect for enjoying the coastal climate. There is an outdoor shower on the side yard to rinse off after a fun day at the beach. The laundry facilities include use of a full size washer and dryer conveniently located adjacent to the garage.

Additional perks include the use of bicycles, body boards, (junior sized) stand up paddle board, beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys. The house is equipped with cable television and internet.

Attractions of San Diego: Del Mar Racetrack (July – August), and Fairgrounds (June), San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park and Museums, Sea World, LegoLand, Stephen Birch Aquarium, Seaport Village, San Diego Gaslamp District, La Jolla and Del Mar Villages, Old Town, Carlsbad Outlet Center and Flower Fields.

A great stay
We had a great tay for five weeks and especially enjoyed the pleasant neighborhood and convenient location to the center of Encinitas. The 2 mile Encinitas Ranch walking trail located at the top of the street was an added bonus, with a great vista to the East.

Great Little Getaway Home in Encinitas!
Thus home was perfect for my family of 4. Lots of ammenities including beach gear. The kitchen had new appliances and everything was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend tgis location!

Great Location in Ecinitas!
This was a great property. The back patio space was lovely! Everything was very clean, and the owner was very easy to communicate with throughout the process. The house is located less than a mile from the San Deigo Botanical Gardens which was amazing!

The home looks newly remodeled and it is clean and beautiful! There are orange trees in the backyard that smell heavenly too. It is also close to a walking path for my dog. A++

ADORABLE BEACH COTTAGE
This cottage was perfect for my week long stay. It's close to the beach and all the activities of downtown Encinitas as well as a short drive to Legoland, Sea World, Old Town, Little Italy, Balboa Park and Coronado Island, It's extremely well equipped with all the beach toys you would ever need. Wonderfully decorated in a quiet neighborhood with great comfortable beds, yummy linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen, soaps and washer/dryer. It's perfect for one or a family. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I hate to leave!

Wonderful property
This property is very very nice. It beats a hotel room hands down. A state beach is just down the street. I-5 is just down the street. Not far from San Diego. But Encinitas is a fun little coastal town. We had a wonderful California trip. All the house instructions are provided. The owners have beach stuff to use. The place was clean and quiet and we all absolutely loved our time there.

Good location
The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well appointed. Too bad the bathroom has no shampoo, body wash, etc. Also the loud bathroom fan is linked to the light which makes a lot of noise in the house when it runs. The house had many cobwebs, dust, spiders, and some popcorn left on the kitchen floor so attention to cleaning wasn’t made for our stay.

Beautifully appointed beach cottage!
We stayed for a whole week while visiting friends that just transplanted from the east coast and couldn't have been happier with the rental. It's located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood located about 5-10 minutes from Moonlight Beach. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had lots of great family friendly amenities like a high chair, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a gas grill (among other things). The bed was so comfortable I copied down the name of the mattress! I had to call the owners once because I thought the central air was broken (there is no central air) and they sent someone over right away that was very helpful. I would (and will!) recommend this to my friends and family traveling to the area. Thank you!

Lovely beach home in a family area
We loved our stay! Perfect size for us and our two dogs (the all laminate floors were easy to keep clean). House was immaculate and well stocked. We used the BBQ and the back patio every day (appreciated the "dog station" with potty bags, balls and other toys). Nice quiet street with couples and families walking their dogs to the trail at the top of the street. Did not hear/see the neighbor on the other side of the unit. Mornings were cool, and it warmed up in the afternoon, however we were able to cool the place nicely with the ceiling fans. One improvement: a true metal screen door that closes shut - the current wood door and soft screen hooks from inside and did not always stay closed. Looking forward to booking again!

I’ve stayed here several times and usually it’s great, mostly because it’s in my family’s neighborhood. I love the updates kitchen! This time, unfortunately because of the heat wave, it was not enjoyable at all. The home has no AC and the ocean breeze mentioned in the description was non existent. The unit was usually 83-89 degrees at different times of the day/night. The ceiling fans and plug in fans did little more than move the hot air around. The plug in fans were also quite dusty as they had apparently been sitting in the closet for a while. I’m sure I will stay here again, just not in summer!

Little cottage in great location!
My daughter, 16 mo old grandson and I stayed for a long weekend. Location is great in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we needed and a bonus is Encinitas City walking/hiking trail system has an entrance 1/2 a block away up the hill. We enjoyed walking on the trails and easy access to all this sweet beach town has to offer. This is our 2nd stay here. House appears to have been well-enjoyed in the year since our first stay. While the place appeared clean enough, might be time for some deep cleaning and yard maintenance. Host, Janie, is amazing with great and timely communication.
