Charming Encinitas Escape! Perfect for larger groups, family gatherings. Come enjoy the beautiful oasis in the backyard, pool and spa with custom BBQ or relax on the deck under the shaded awning. There is also a putting green! This stylish 4 bedroom home is the perfect combo of beach chic with rustic flair. Light and bright, split level floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living room is perfect for entertaining. Parties more than 9 guests please inquire within and we can work something out.

Bedroom 1-King bed with no closet
Bathroom #1-Attached to Master bedroom

Bedroom 4-Bunk bed (Twin over full)
Living Room/Den-1 Pull out couch (a few stairs to go down to den).
There are extra air mattresses (2)

Bathroom 2- Upstairs Hallway-Standup shower with dual sinks (no tub)

Bathroom 3- on the main level -standup shower with sink (no tub)-but no bedroom.


Home includes pack n play and kids high chair seat attachment!!


HOUSE RULES:
By accepting this reservation you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit.

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area from 9pm- 9 AM.

No music in backyard after 7 PM. ( Music during the day must be at a low volume)

No profanity music. Family Friendly neighborhood

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-Feb: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
March-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.

The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer. Hot tub heater must be turned off after use and overnight.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

Great place for a family vacation!
Our stay at the Encinitas Family escape was really fun. We went to the beach, and enjoyed all of the supplies provided! The kids had a blast in the playroom, and the pool, and the putting green was quite the treat! All the perfect touches for a lovely family vacation!

Great Encinitas location
The property is just as described. Tons of things to do in the house and yard for the whole family. Minutes away from old town Encinitas and the Moonlight Beach. Easy access to the freeway to go into San Diego or even up to Disneyland (60-90 minutes, depending on traffic). Highly recommend.

Very impressed with the well equipped kitchen. Had all the necessities even a variety of spices& cooking oil. The game room was a hit with our kiddos. We did have a large group and could have used a few more towels but we washed them as we used them. Overall stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed visiting outside by the fire pit and hot tub.

Family Fun Spot
This was the perfect house for our large family's Spring Break vacation. We have teen and adult children as well as a 4 year old. There was something for everyone. Everyone appreciated the game room (converted garage) as well as the putting green and giant Connect Four in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook. The Trader Joes/Ralphs/Organic coffee spot was a 5 min walk. The beach was 10 minutes away. Great location, great house, highly recommend!

Clean with lots to do for the kids. Safe quiet neighborhood.
We stayed at here with our three kids (3.5, 2, and 3 mos). It was perfect as it has a game room, more than enough space, and a pool with a fence around it. The house is equipped with everything you need (from the kitchen to a pack n play, high chair, and booster seat to beach chairs and toys). Everything was clean and well taken care of!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house has everything you need!
Renting, check in and check out process was easy. The host was extremely responsive when we had questions. The house is well stocked with pots, pans, spices and toys and games for the kids! The arcade garage was heaven for the kids (and adults) and we swam in the pool and hot tub every day. Great location, close to the beach, legoland etc. lots of bedrooms and sleeping configurations and the outdoor fire pit and putting green were loads of fun! We loved staying here!

Excellent Property for Family
This property was incredible. It was way more than we could have ever expected. There was plenty of room, the home was more than well-stocked, the location was incredible, and the list goes on. My kids enjoyed the game room, pool, and backyard even more than we could have expected. Communication from the host was excellent and provided all info that we could have ever needed. Would recommend this property to any family looking for a home for a family vacation.

Perfect spot for group getaway!
We had three families gathered for a birthday celebration and this house did not disappoint. The pictures are completely accurate. It had great gathering spaces for everyone. The pool and game room were perfect for adults and kids alike. The house is well stocked and well appointed. We didn't feel like anything was missing. The location is great as well, close to multiple grocery stores, restaurants and walking distance to multiple coffee shops! We had a fantastic stay and would recommend this house to anyone.

Such a great getaway house!!
Our group of two families- (4 adults and 5 kids ages 4-10) had such a great time at this home! The backyard oasis is where we spent most of our time! The game room was also a huge hit with all of the kiddos. The owners were great and very responsive when I couldn't figure out how to heat the hot tub. (it was so easy :-) ) The location was also perfect for us- close to the beach and many restaurants. I highly recommend this home!!

Perfect family vacation home
Our family of eight stayed here for a week. The neighborhood was quiet and lots of shopping nearby. The house was clean, well cared for and had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. The only small complaint would be the dishwasher is dated. We all enjoyed the game room but the absolute best was the back yard. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Mo was an excellent host, responding quickly to our inquiries. We would definitely recommend this property for a family vacation. We loved our stay and would rent this house again.

Enjoyable
The house was amazing. Came in for son’s bootcamp graduation and it was a perfect location for what we wanted to do. Had everything we enjoy as a family right in one house so we felt that we could enjoy and not have to leave to do things! Only thing is the wording on the pool info. Pool was 67* and in the book it says they heat to 85* but when we turned on the heat to the pool we were called by owner to make sure we were good with the daily fee for heating. We were not so shut it down. The hottub was small but nice to have!
