Attached to Encinitas Ranch Trail system with access to miles of trails. 5 min drive from Encinitas Ranch Golf Course. Walking distance to the Crack Shack, Encinitas Library and Botanical Gardens. Entertain outdoors with dining table seating for 6-8 and Adirondack seating for four and fire pit. Outdoor pizza oven that has been restored with Talavera tile. Luscious and gated private backyard with peek-a-boo ocean view. Sunset views from the backyard. Dogs are welcome!
