Just a stone's throw away from Prinsted. This wonderful family home is the perfect base to the area with the family. The village itself is an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Pears Grove has been thoughtfully and lovingly renovated with attention to detail making sure you will have everything you will need for your stay.

Entering the house into a large hallway leading into the sitting room with comfortable seating and a smart TV and doors leading out into the sun trap courtyard.

The large kitchen has a dining area and is equipped for guests to comfortably self-catering for their stay with dishwasher, oven, electric hob, fridge, toaster, microwave, freezer and washing machine.

Pears Grove has three bedrooms, two double room with TV and a twin bedroom also with TV. There are also 2 further family bathrooms with shower over bath and further groundfloor WC.

Outside there is a lovely private courtyard with garden seating, a lovely sun trap to enjoy a glass of wine on an evening.
