"The location of the villa is fantastic and the villa itself is extremely well laid out, clean and comfortable. We loved our stay and the host was incredibly helpful and friendly. We would be happy to stay again, our one suggestion would be that perhaps some of the finishings could be updated, they were obviously very trendy and cutting edge when designed, but perhaps could be improved by some modernisation, and I think the villa would then be perfect."

"Beautiful place and a very friendly and helpful host. Authentic Tuscan farmhouse with no frills. Lovely views all round, especially from the terrace. Excellent bar/ restaurant within walking distance. It was very hot when we were there, so the location of the pool across the road was a problem. Otherwise,great."

"Fantastic Villa with lots of space Overall we had a great stay in this villa and would return. It was clean and description matched well. Everything was in working condition. The Owner was friendly and helpful. Car is essential but there are restaurants in 10min radius. Other places are easily reachable in 60min drive to explore. (For Florence we recommend train from Altopascio) The only slightly negative point was the electricy&gas bill at the end. Make sure you have enough cash left."

"Amazing Property! The house was impeccably clean, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Our gracious host Nicola spoiled us with his generosity. He went beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was perfect. He and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple cake. He drove us to the nearby town of Montespertoli to pick-up groceries and provisions. He recommended a local chef to cook for us at the villa. The meal was amazing and memorable. We will be back!"

"We are on our way back from a wonderful week in Tuscany. The house was perfect for a group consisting of grandparents, a family with a 6 year old and our family with adult children and their partners. We were all able to have privacy as well as large communal spaces. The pool was well maintained and great for all of us. Communication was great throughout. "The reception was extremely helpful with all our queries even before we got to the property and really helped make sure we had a comfortable stay. The apartment came with amazing views and the basic necessities. The pool was a very nice size and kept clean for us to enjoy. We also booked a horse riding lesson which was with a great instructor and I’d highly recommend a ride if you have the time. Thanks for the hospitality! "
