"Check-in and check-out was easy. The room was comfortable. The tub floor was higher than the floor. Getting in the tub was easy but the difference in the height while getting out was slippery and unexpected. The hotel was quiet. Shower water pressure was good. Overall, we would stay again. "

"We had a good experience with the Sonesta Essential. It is a small hotel but the hotel was very clean and modern. You can tell that the staff put in a lot of effort and care maintaining the hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive and very responsive. They made us feel confortable. The check-in and check-out was seamless. The pool and sauna was very nice. Allana (sorry she told me the correct spelling but I forgot) but she went out of her way to assist us and she stayed on top of things. The breakfast was good too."
