"Was a fun weekend get away with my wife. Our king size room over looked the lake. Room was nice! Bed was comfortable. We ice skated. Swam. Used the hot tub. Canoe & Paddle was great for food and drinks. Fun entertainment. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good for the low price it was. Overall I’d recommend this place in winter. Lots to do outside."

"This resort is great! Love the outdoor pool area and game room. Would be nice if they provided a shuttle to local places. Not very close to anytging. Great room and lakeshore. "

"The building overall seems nice, and the gentleman who checked us in was super nice. Our room feels comfortable, however there is a big gap between our door and frame so light and noise are coming through the door to the hallway. There is also quite a bit of mold growing the the shower. If I were staying longer than one night I would be requesting a new room."

"The check in was very odd. There was no notification in the reservation that we had to go to a business office to pick up keys. The address provided was for the actual unit and the business office was several blocks away. It was not in the resort neighborhood that contained the condo. The condo was nice but it had snowed and no one attempted to clean off the front walk and stairs, that were very slippery. Also, there were two vehicles parked in from of the garage, making it difficult to park in...

"Best place to stay in Grand Rapids!!! The staff is Awesome. Heather, at the front desk, assisted in fixing a booking issue I had recently that saved my family’s entire weekend trip to a Hockey Tournament in the area. She was absolutely Amazing, just a total Pro!!! "

"Overall this was a beautiful, spacious home with great views and many places to both gather and to get away. I do want to provide more information on accessibility. The listing shows a step free entry and wheelchair accessible. This is not true. You can get in the house without any steps but you can’t get to any living spaces including two living rooms, the kitchen and dining area, the main bedroom, and game areas without needing to go up two steps.
